We are looking for a Lead Software Engineer to drive backend architecture, lead development efforts, and mentor team members while building scalable enterprise applications.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead design and development ofJava-based enterprise applications
- Architect and implement Spring Boot Microservices
- Drive technical decisions, code quality, and best practices
- Mentor senior and junior engineers
- Work closely with stakeholders on requirement analysis and solution design
- Ensure performance, security, and scalability of applications
- Support production releases and critical issue resolution
Required Skills
- Strong hands-on experience withJava, Spring Boot, Microservices
- Solid experience in Cloud platforms (AWS / Azure / GCP)
- Experience with system design, API design, and architecture
- Knowledge of DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, Docker/Kubernetes
- Strong problem-solving and leadership skills
