Position Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Software Lead/Lead Dot Net Developer to lead a team of software engineers and developers in delivering high-quality enterprise Windows solutions for customer projects. The ideal candidate will combine strong technical expertise with people leadership capabilities, driving software development initiatives while mentoring team members and ensuring adherence to engineering best practices.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Lead the design, development, and enhancement of enterprise applications using C#, .NET, Entity Framework, WCF, Web APIs, and Visual Studio.
• Drive system architecture, solution design, and technical decision-making for scalable and maintainable software solutions.
• Remain hands-on with coding, code reviews, debugging, and feature development.
• Lead and mentor development teams, promoting engineering best practices and high-quality delivery.
• Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to gather requirements, estimate effort, and deliver solutions.
• Oversee the end-to-end SDLC, ensuring timely delivery, quality, and performance.
• Support hiring, technical interviews, and team development initiatives.

Skills Required:

• 5+ years experience into Software development and minimum 2+ years into Team Management.

• Experience with hands-on, end-to-end development.

• Prior experience in a technical leadership position.

• Graduation in Engineering, Computer Science is preferred.

• Willing to travel 15-20% of time for software implementation.

Core Competency Requirements:

• Proficient with Microsoft .NET version 4.0+ development using C#

• In depth knowledge and experience with core Microsoft .Net technologies including: WCF, WPF, WF, LINQ and EF

• Extensive experience designing and developing enterprise grade software

• Experience working with key stakeholders to align on objectives, priorities, trade-offs, and risk

• Experience with source control management systems and continuous integration/deployment environments Experience with automated testing

• Experience with multi-threading and concurrency

• Experience with debugging, performance profiling and optimization

• Comprehensive understanding of object-oriented and service-oriented application development techniques and theories

• Internally motivated, able to work proficiently both independently and in a team environment

• Strong communication skills with both internal team members and external business stakeholders
