We are looking for a strong Lead Software Engineer who can take ownership across frontend, backend, architecture, and delivery.
This role is ideal for someone who wants to build products, solve real engineering problems, and influence technical direction.
What You'll Do
- Design and deliver production-grade full-stack systems end-to-end
- Build scalable frontend applications using React.js / Next.js
- Develop secure backend APIs using Node.js / Fastify or similar frameworks
- Own technical architecture for new modules and platform capabilities
- Design relational schemas, queries, and scalable data models
- Implement multi-tenant SaaS features including tenant isolation and RBAC
- Build reusable libraries, shared components, and internal frameworks
- Build and improve metadata driven systems including dynamic forms, workflows, rules, and configurable modules
- Drive testing standards including unit, integration, and CI quality gates
- Optimize application performance across frontend, backend, and database layers
- Mentor developers and contribute to engineering best practices
Required Skills
- 5+ years of professional software engineering experience
- 5+ years delivering production full-stack systems end-to-end
- 3+ years working on multi-tenant SaaS platforms
- 5+ years hands-on experience with React.js in production
- 5+ years building production APIs with Node.js
- 3+ years designing relational schemas and writing optimized queries (PostgreSQL / SQL Server / MySQL)
- 3+ years experience with MongoDB in production
- Experience building metadata-driven platforms, configurable workflows, dynamic forms, or rules engines
- Hands-on experience implementing RBAC across UI, API, and data layers
- Experience designing tenant isolation mechanisms and secure access controls
- Experience with JWT and auth providers (Azure AD B2C or equivalent)
- Strong quality mindset with unit testing, integration testing, and CI pipelines
- Experience with Fastify or comparable high-performance Node.js frameworks
- Strong debugging, ownership, and problem-solving skills
