You will be responsible for building intricateUI customizationsusingCore LWCand orchestrating seamless data flows via advancedAPI integrations. Additionally, you will help configure autonomous AI workflows usingSalesforceAgentforceand actively drive automated software delivery viaSalesforce DevOps CenterandAzure CI/CDrelease pipelines.
Key Responsibilities
.Service & Portal Implementation:Implement and scale features withinSalesforce Service Cloud(case management, productivity tools, Omni-channel) and build custom-tailored customer or partner-facing portals onExperience Cloud.
.Custom UI Design & Engineering:Build highly responsive, modern, and pixel-perfect custom interfaces usingCore Lightning Web Components (LWC), JavaScript, and Salesforce Lightning Design System (SLDS) to enhance user experience.
.API & Backend Integration:Develop, optimize, and maintain custom inbound and outboundREST/SOAP API integrationsto securely connect Salesforce with external applications and middleware systems.
.DevOps Lifecycle Execution:Execute routine release management tasks, sandbox syncs, and conflict resolutions utilizingSalesforce DevOps Centerembedded withinAzure CI/CD pipelines.
.Programmatic Excellence:Write clean, modular, andbulkifiedApex code (Triggers, Classes, Asynchronousjobs)while strictly respecting Salesforce Governor Limits and system performance baselines.
.AgentforceConfiguration:Configure, test, and tune autonomous AI agents usingSalesforceAgentforce, setting up prompt templates, topics, and actions to streamline automated business interactions.
Required Technical Skills
.Minimum5+ years of hands-on Salesforce developmentexperience.
.Strong proficiency inApex(Object-Oriented design, bulk processing, exception handling) and customCore LWCdevelopment.
.Practical design and implementation experience withSalesforce Service CloudandExperience Cloud (Community Portals).
.Solid experience designing tailored, responsive user interfaces (UI Customization) using SLDS and modern CSS/JS frameworks.
.Proven track record of developing custom web services and handlingREST/SOAP API integrations.
.Direct experience deploying metadata and applications viaSalesforce DevOps CenterandAzure CI/CD platforms(or equivalent Git-based build pipelines).
.Practical exposure or functional trainingonSalesforceAgentforcearchitectures.
.Certifications (Required/Preferred):
1.Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I (PD1) is required Platform Developer II (PD2) is a strong advantage.
2.Salesforce Certified Service Cloud Consultant or Experience Cloud Consultant.
3.Salesforce CertifiedAgentforceConsultant / Developer credentials are a major plus.
