- Function Lead from both technical and delivery perspective with focus more on project and resource management
- Ability to effectively influence, direct and monitor the project work
- Work independently on production incidents reported by business partners to provide resolution within defined SLAs, coordinate with other teams as needed.
- Solid Knowledge on AWS project is must.
- Knowledge of Java - Spring boot, Advanced Java concepts , API knowledge
- Uses established relationships in effective collaboration with other levels, within team, within business area and across business areas.
- Develop strong understanding of the business
- Develop and Support decision making , good Business communication skills across multiple levels
- Ability to successfully manage and take accountability for projects including identifying necessary resources, communicating and establishing and meeting deadlines.
- Competence in managing and resolving conflicts efficiently
- Good Understanding on development frameworks and standard procedures followed within the technology.
- Ensure alignment to business strategies
- Challenges ideas, methods, guidelines and procedures to promote discussion and thinking
- Supports and develops critical thinking / drives
- Act as a point of escalation and resolution during the project lifecycle
- Supports in performance evaluations and mentors team members through formal (Data, Reports etc..) and informal channels
- Strong capability of accomplishing project /operations in terms of deliveries, managing risks, ensuring overall quality
- Adheres and ensures that the Team adheres to the standard process and procedures set in place for execution
- Consistently improves the bar by going beyond day-to-day performance expectations
- Develop planning/interpersonal, problem-solving, analytical, time management, and decision making skills
Must Have
Education: Graduate - Bachelors degree (any stream)
Skill
- Strong expertise in Java, Spring Boot, REST APIs, and Microservices architecture.
- Hands-on experience with AWS services such as Lambda, ECS/Fargate, API Gateway, DynamoDB, S3, Fargate, Dynamo, and CloudWatch.
- Hand On experiene on Infrastructure as Code (CDK / CloudFormation)
- Solid understanding of system design, design patterns, event-driven & Serverless architecture, and distributed systems.
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines, automated testing, observability, and DevOps practices.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to lead complex technical initiatives
- Experience with API gateway and Java Shared Libraries
- Exposure to Atlassian Tools like JIRA/Confluence
- Installation, Configuration and Integration of tools for crafting the required development environment.
- Experience on handling Install failures, install updates, supporting local issues is a plus.
- Understanding of application server technology like Tomcat & Liberty.
- Drive architectural decisions, engineering standards, and technical excellence across teams.
- Exposure to AI-assisted development tools such as GitHub Copilot, claude.
- Experience with software develop centered on sophisticated business logic, GraphQL, or Serverless architectures..
- Exposure to typescript/python is plus.
- Exposure to Unix administration or shell scripting experience.
- Good English communication Exposure to global working environment.
- AWS/AI certifications and cloud cost optimization experience.
- Abilities like problem solving, logical reasoning, managing time efficiently, planning & decision making, self-motivated, facilitate collaborate
