Primary Responsibilities:
- Serve as Technology Leader
- Apply design thinking to drive the right architecture decisions and build reusable modular solutions
- Work with the team to meet security MBOs, reduce tech debt and drive adoption of AI productivity tools while accelerating delivery
- Continuously improve applications across design, build, deploy, test, and runtime phases within cloud ecosystems
- Exercise judgment in selecting methods, techniques and evaluation criteria for obtaining result
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues in a distributed environment or data requires an in-depth evaluation of variable factors
- Propose low-level design for task and story level assignments as well as high level design for epic-level assignments
- Effective communication with leadership and team

Required Qualifications:
- 11+ years of experience in software development and design, architecture (Java, Spring, Spring boot, 3+ years of demonstrated experience with software design and architecture patterns
- 3+ years of hands-on experience in production cloud
- 2+ years of experience of design and implementation of cloud( Azure, AWS, GCP) applications ((preferable Microsoft Azure)
- 2+ years of experience of leading engineering teams
- Demonstrates a solid grasp of core engineering principles, architecture patterns, development methodologies, and quality standards, ensuring scalable, maintainable, and high-performance solutions
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in a STEM discipline
- Hands-on experience with microservices architecture
- Experience as a full-stack developer or lead developer
- Experience designing and delivering software through CI/CD methods
- Experience with Artificial intelligence and Machine Learning models
- Experience in healthcare or experience working with sensitive data
- Experience with agile delivery: Scrum and/or Kanban
