• Lead the design, development, and maintenance of high-quality Angular/React applications.
• Develop and maintain robust front-end frameworks using Angular/React.
• Lead a team of 4-5 developers, providing technical guidance and mentorship.
• Possess strong experience with microservices architecture and Spring Boot.
• Collaborate effectively with internal stakeholders, service consumers, and product owners.
• Provide valuable feedback to Quality Engineering teams and product owners.
• Translate business requirements into effective and efficient technical implementations
• Author and execute comprehensive unit tests to ensure high code quality.
• Contribute positively to a geographically dispersed team environment.
• Mentor junior team members to foster their professional growth.

What it takes

• Minimum 8 years of professional experience in designing and developing enterprise-grade applications.
• Proven expertise in building robust and scalable applications using AngularJS/ReactJS, Spring Boot, and microservices architectures.
• Strong understanding of authentication and authorization mechanisms, including SSO, OAuth2, and Spring Security.
• Solid experience in developing and consuming RESTful web services.
• In-depth knowledge of agile methodologies (Scrum), continuous integration (CI), continuous delivery (CD), and behavior-driven development (BDD).
• Exceptional problem-solving and analytical skills with the ability to quickly identify and resolve complex issues.
• Proactive approach to debugging and root cause analysis.
• Ability to quickly adapt and learn in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
• Excellent written and verbal communication and comprehension skills.
