Job Description :
We are looking for an experienced .NET Developer Lead with 8+ years of hands-on experience in designing, developing, and leading scalable enterprise applications.
The ideal candidate should be technically strong, a good mentor, and capable of driving projects end-to-end.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the design and development of robust, scalable applications using .NET / .NET Core
- Architect and implement RESTful APIs and Microservices
- Guide and mentor team members, conduct code reviews, and ensure best practices
- Collaborate with product owners, architects, and stakeholders to define technical solutions
- Ensure high performance, security, and quality standards
- Manage sprint planning, estimations, and delivery timelines
- Troubleshoot production issues and provide long-term solutions
Technical Skills Required
- Strong expertise in C#, ASP.NET, .NET Core
- Experience with Web APIs, REST, Microservices architecture
- Proficiency in SQL Server and/or NoSQL databases
- Experience with Azure or AWS cloud platforms
- Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines, GitHub Actions / Azure DevOps
- Hands-on experience with Docker (Kubernetes is a plus)
- Familiarity with Design Patterns, SOLID principles
Good To Have
- Experience with Blazor / Angular / React
- Exposure to Event-driven architecture
- Knowledge of DevOps and Cloud-native development
- Prior experience in client-facing roles
Leadership & Soft Skills
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Proven experience leading teams and mentoring developers
- Ability to take ownership and drive projects independently
