Lead Software Engineer - .NET

We are looking for a seasoned Lead Software Engineer with deep expertise in .NET and AWS to become part of our team. In this position, you will guide technical decisions, contribute to architectural design, and work alongside cross-functional teams to deliver top-tier software solutions. You will be instrumental in upholding code quality, mentoring colleagues, and sustaining strong client relationships through consistent communication and feedback loops.

Responsibilities

• Review and analyze project documentation and requirements to drive informed technical decisions
• Contribute to technical design by evaluating existing components and proposing improvements
• Produce clean, testable code that follows best practices and design patterns
• Perform code reviews to safeguard code quality and adherence to standards
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams handling development, testing, and deployment
• Engage regularly with customers through demos and backlog reviews to maintain alignment and gather feedback
  
  

Requirements

• 9-14 years of professional experience in software development
• Proficiency in C# and .NET Core/.NET at an advanced level
• Knowledge of OOP principles and SOLID in depth
• Understanding of design patterns and RESTful services at an advanced level
• Familiarity with architecture patterns at an intermediate level
• Background in unit testing
• Proficiency in English at an Upper-Intermediate level (B2) or higher

• Understanding of AWS native services and PaaS solutions
• Working knowledge of front-end technologies (JS, React/Angular/Vue)
