Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Technical Lead located in Bengaluru. The Technical Lead will be responsible for overseeing the development team, managing project timelines, ensuring the quality of deliverables, and providing technical guidance. The role includes coordinating with stakeholders, designing scalable architecture, and optimizing code for performance. The Technical Lead will also mentor team members, conduct code reviews, and stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies.

Qualifications

Strong proficiency in programming languages such as Java, Python, Go

Experience with AI, Machine Learning, and data-driven technologies

Proficiency in designing scalable architecture and optimizing code for performance

Strong working knowledge of AWS core and managed services (ECS, EKS, RDS, Lambda, S3, EC2, CloudFront, Route53, CloudWatch).

Proven experience in managing and leading development teams

Strong problem-solving skills and ability to mentor team members

Effective communication and stakeholder management skills

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field; Master's degree is a plus

Experience with AI Chatbots, Voice Bots, IVR solutions is beneficial

• Familiarity with LLMs (Language Learning Models) and RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) is a plus
