We are looking for a strong Lead Software Engineer who can take ownership across frontend, backend, architecture, and delivery, with deep expertise in React.js, Node.js, and metadata driven platform development.

This role is ideal for someone who wants to build scalable products, solve real engineering problems, and influence technical direction.

What You'll Do

• Design and deliver production grade full stack systems end to end

• Build scalable frontend applications using React.js and Next.js

• Develop secure, high performance backend APIs using Node.js, Fastify, Express, or similar frameworks

• Own technical architecture for new modules and platform capabilities

• Design relational schemas, queries, and scalable data models

• Implement multi tenant SaaS features including tenant isolation and RBAC

• Build reusable libraries, shared components, and internal frameworks

• Design and extend metadata driven systems including dynamic forms, workflows, rules engines, and configurable modules

• Build schema driven frontend experiences where UI behavior is controlled by configuration

• Develop configuration driven backend systems where business rules and workflows are reusable across modules

• Drive testing standards including unit testing, integration testing, and CI quality gates

• Optimize application performance across frontend, backend, and database layers

• Mentor developers and contribute to engineering best practices

Required Skills

• 8+ years of professional software engineering experience

• 6+ years of hands on experience with React.js in production systems

• 6+ years of hands on experience with Node.js in production systems

• Strong experience delivering full stack systems end to end

• Experience working on multi tenant SaaS platforms

• Strong experience building scalable frontend applications using React.js

• Strong experience building backend APIs using Node.js

• Experience with Fastify, Express.js, or comparable Node.js frameworks

• Experience building metadata driven platforms, configurable workflows, dynamic forms, or rules engines

• Strong understanding of schema driven UI and configuration driven backend systems

• Hands on experience implementing RBAC across UI, API, and data layers

• Experience designing tenant isolation mechanisms and secure access controls

• Experience with JWT based authentication and auth providers such as Azure AD B2C or equivalent

• Strong experience with relational databases such as PostgreSQL, SQL Server, or MySQL

• Strong experience designing relational schemas and writing optimized queries

• Experience with MongoDB in production systems

• Strong debugging, ownership, and problem solving skills

• Strong quality mindset with unit testing, integration testing, and CI pipelines

Good to Have

• Advanced Next.js experience including SSR and performance optimization

• Azure cloud deployment and DevOps practices

• AI integrations such as RAG, embeddings, and vector search

• Three.js or advanced browser visualization experience

• Team leadership or mentoring experience

• Experience building internal platforms, reusable frameworks, or developer tooling
