Role Objective

You will own the end-to-end design and delivery of product modulesleading a team of engineers, making key architectural decisions, writing clean code, and ensuring your module never fails in production.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead development of full-stack modules from scratch: API, services, frontend, DB, infra.
• Collaborate with product managers and designers to define scope and tech feasibility.
• Architect scalable systems using Node.js, React/Remix, RabbitMQ, and MongoDB/PostgreSQL.
• Ensure code quality via reviews, automated testing, and continuous deployment.
• Mentor junior developers and conduct code walkthroughs and design reviews.
• Optimize performance, uptime, and observability (logs, alerts, metrics).
• Collaborate with DevOps for CI/CD and containerization (Docker, GitHub Actions, etc.)
• Own incident response and postmortems for your module.
