Gen AI Job SummaryWe are seeking a Senior AI Engineer with 5+ years of hands-on experience in developing and deploying AI/ML solutions, particularly in the areas of Generative AI and Data Science. The ideal candidate has worked extensively with large language models (LLMs), fine-tuning techniques (e.g., QLoRA, PEFT), and has experience delivering real-world applications such as intelligent chatbots, resume parsers, or automation pipelines. You ll collaborate closely with AI Architects, backend developers, and cross-functional teams to deliver scalable, production-grade solutions across multiple domains like HR, insurance, and content moderation.________________________________________Key ResponsibilitiesGenerative AI & LLM Development Design and develop LLM-powered chatbots and applications using models like GPT-3.5, GPT-4o, DBRX, and LLAMA3. Fine-tune open-source LLMs using techniques such as QLoRA and PEFT on domain-specific datasets (e.g., resumes, insurance policies). Create intelligent agents for tasks like policy recommendations, damage assessment (via image analysis), and contextual FAQ handling. Develop skill extraction and classification frameworks to support HRTech applications.End-to-End Solution Engineering Integrate LLMs with Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines and vector databases for domain-specific knowledge querying. Build and maintain data pipelines and backend automation for AI inference workflows on platforms like AWS. Collaborate with product owners and backend teams to ensure seamless deployment and monitoring of AI services.Data Science & Analytics Analyze operational data (e.g., from platforms like TikTok) to identify performance trends and quality issues. Develop automated machine learning pipelines to support real-time root cause analysis and decision-making.
