JOB DESCRIPTION

Basic Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in software development, with extensive knowledge of GoLang.
• Strong experience with Kubernetes for managing and orchestrating containerized applications in cloud environments.
• Proven experience in deploying and managing applications on AWS, utilizing services such as EC2, S3, and RDS. AWS Solutions Architect certification or equivalent experience is highly desirable.
• Strong experience with Elasticsearch for efficient search and data retrieval.
• Experience with Cassandra for distributed database management and Prometheus for monitoring and alerting in distributed systems.
• Proficient in unit testing and mocking frameworks such as JUnit and Mockito.
• Solid understanding of SOLID principles, object-oriented design, and design patterns.
• Basic experience with Linux, including deployment skills and bash scripting.
• Hands-on experience with Git, CI/CD pipelines, and Agile methodologies.
• Excellent communication skills for articulating technical concepts and mentoring teams.

Good to Have

• Familiarity with microservices architecture and event-driven systems.
• Experience with additional scripting languages (e.g., Python, Shell) for automating tasks and improving development workflows.
• Exposure to monitoring and alerting setups, particularly with Prometheus and AWS CloudWatch, for performance tracking and troubleshooting.
