Candidate must be based in Goa. Adage Automation is India's leading Gas Analytical company. We are looking for a Lead Software Engineer based in Goa with minimum 4-8 years of experience to join our AI & Digitalization team.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing high-quality applications and leading initiatives within the AI & Digitalization team. They will also be responsible for designing and implementing testable and scalable code.

Responsibilities
- Develop quality software and web applications
- Analyze and maintain existing software applications
- Design highly scalable, testable code
- Lead team initiatives and work with cross-functional teams on real-world engineering projects
- Contribute to product design and AI/software solutions for internal and client-facing tools
- Drive R&D initiatives and apply emerging technologies to solve business problems
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Computer Science or related field
- Background in Automation, Networking (PLC, HMI, robotics) is a plus
- Minimum 3-6 years of relevant work experience
- Strong teamwork, problem-solving, and learning mindset
- Full-stack development experience and experience in system architecture
- Data analytics / AI or networking knowledge is a plus
- Development experience with Python and experience with cloud services
- SQL database or relational database skills
