Overview

As a Lead Full Stack Engineer, you'll architect and deliver complex features endtoend,

ensuring performance, scalability, and maintainability. You'll lead by examplementoring

engineers, driving technical excellence, and influencing architecture decisions across teams.

You'll balance frontend craftsmanship with backend robustness and system reliability.

Responsibilities

Architect and build scalable, distributed fullstack systems that handle millions of

transactions.

Lead design discussions and own technical delivery for key modules.

Build reusable UI components and frameworks for consistency and speed.

Apply OOP, SOLID principles, and system design best practices.

Ensure systems are reliable, observable, and secure.

Mentor engineers and conduct design/code reviews.

Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to align technical direction with business goals.

Drive frontend performance optimization, accessibility, and rendering efficiency

Troubleshoot production issues and lead rootcause analysis.

Contribute to architecture reviews and roadmap planning.

Requirements

69 years of experience in fullstack or backend/frontend leadership roles.

Expertise in ReactJS, EmberJS, Ruby on Rails, and Java.

Strong understanding of system design (HLD/LLD) and architectural tradeoffs.

Experience with distributed systems, caching, and microservices.

Proven leadership and mentoring experience.

Deep understanding of browser internals, rendering, and performance tuning.

Exposure to AI tools and Agile methodologies.

Strong analytical and problemsolving skills.

Skills Inventory

Full-stack expertise: Advanced hands-on development with ReactJS / EmberJS and

Ruby on Rails / Java

System design: Strong command of HLD/LLD, architectural trade-offs, and scalable

design patterns

Distributed systems: Experience building and operating microservices, caching

layers, and async workflows

Frontend performance: Deep understanding of browser internals, rendering,

accessibility, and optimization

Backend scalability: Designing services for reliability, fault tolerance, and

observability

Code quality & standards: Applying OOP, SOLID principles, and enforcing

engineering best practices

Production ownership: Leading incident triage, root-cause analysis, and reliability

improvements

Technical leadership: Mentoring engineers and driving design/code reviews

DevOps awareness: Working knowledge of CI/CD, cloud platforms (AWS/GCP), and

deployment pipelines

Cross-functional influence: Partnering with Product, Design, and SRE to align

delivery with business goals
