Job Overview:
Envertiz Consultancy is looking for a highly skilled and driven Lead Software Engineer for one of our esteemed clients in Bengaluru. The selected candidate will take full ownership of the architecture design and technical execution for the client's Connected Engine project. This role requires a strong hands-on technical leader who can design scalable systems, mentor team members, and ensure high-quality software delivery aligned with business objectives.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Take full ownership of architecture design for the Connected Engine project, ensuring systems are scalable, efficient, maintainable, and future-ready.
- Establish and enforce best practices, architectural standards, and design guidelines across the team.
- Act as a hands-on technical lead, actively contributing to development while mentoring and guiding team members.
- Review code, architecture, and implementations to ensure high-quality, secure, and bug-free software delivery.
- Define, implement, and uphold software quality, testing, and performance standards.
- Own and drive technical decisions, ensuring alignment with business objectives and project requirements.
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders to meet project goals, timelines, and deliverables.
- Proactively identify and resolve technical, architectural, and team-related challenges.
- Take strong ownership and accountability for deliverables, ensuring excellence in execution.
- Continuously learn and apply new technologies, frameworks, and industry trends relevant to the project.
- Take initiative beyond assigned responsibilities to deliver creative, effective, and innovative solutions.
Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
- 47 years of experience in web application development.
- Strong experience in Full Stack development, including:
- JavaScript, React.js, Node.js
- RESTful web services
- Experience working with PostgreSQL or other relational databases.
- Mandatory experience with Microsoft Azure framework and services.
- Familiarity with cloud-based web application hosting and deployment.
- Strong understanding and practical application of software design patterns.
- Expertise in software integration, unit testing, and debugging.
- Ability to take complete ownership of a module and coordinate directly with customers when required.
- Good working knowledge of Agile methodologies and tools (Scrum, Kanban, etc.).
- Strong execution focus with responsiveness to customers, team members, and management.
