Job Purpose
We are looking for a Lead Software Development professional to guide the design, development, and delivery of Energy Component products. This role involves leading a team of engineers, driving architectural decisions, and ensuring adherence to best practices. The overall objective is to provide technical leadership, mentor team members, and contribute to strategic initiatives that enhance product quality and performance.
What You Will Do
- Lead the design, development, and maintenance of Energy Component products in an Agile environment.
- Drive technical decisions, enforce coding standards, and ensure high-quality deliverables.
- Collaborate with global stakeholders, identify risks, and proactively resolve bottlenecks.
- Mentor and coach team members, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.
- Participate in solution architecture and roadmap planning.
- Ensure proper documentation and compliance with architectural guidelines.
- And other duties as assigned.
What To Bring
- 8-10 years of experience in Core Java & Java EE, with proven leadership in enterprise-grade applications.
- Expertise in MVC, JDBC, RESTful services, and object-oriented design patterns.
- Hands-on experience with JSF (PrimeFaces preferred), SQL/PL-SQL (Oracle), JUnit, and Selenium.
- Familiarity with DevOps tools (Docker, Jenkins) and Agile methodologies.
- Basic knowledge of JavaScript, GraphQL, and modern integration patterns.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
Nice To Have
- Ability to conceptualize and guide AI initiatives, including designing models and integrating them into business systems.
- Experience managing data pipelines, ETL processes, and infrastructure for AI deployment.
- Familiarity with frameworks and exposure to NLP or computer vision would be a plus.
- Proven ability to align emerging technologies with organizational goals.
