Job Description
We are looking for a talented and experienced Lead Software Engineer to join our dynamic team and drive the technical direction of our key modules. As a leader in front-end development, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our platform, ensuring it remains cutting-edge and user-friendly. Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor a team of 2-3 Software Engineers, fostering a collaborative and innovative environment.
- Drive the technical vision and improvement of core modules, ensuring robust and scalable solutions.
- Develop and maintain front-end applications using React.js, Redux, and TypeScript, focusing on performance and maintainability.
- Integrate RESTful and GraphQL APIs efficiently, ensuring seamless data flow and optimal performance.
- Write clean, modular, and reusable code, adhering to best practices and coding standards.
- Optimize applications for speed and cross-browser compatibility, ensuring a seamless user experience.
- Participate in code reviews, debugging, and troubleshooting, ensuring the highest quality of our software.
- Stay updated with the latest UI/UX and front-end technology trends, incorporating new advancements into our platform.
- Collaborate with backend developers and other stakeholders to ensure seamless integration and a cohesive user experience.
- Provide technical guidance and support to team members, fostering their professional growth and development.
Qualifications
- 4-7 years of experience in front-end development, with a proven track record of leading technical teams.
- Proficiency in React.js, Redux, TypeScript, and UI libraries such as MUI or Ant Design is a must.
- Experience with build tools like Webpack and Vite, and a strong understanding of state management (Redux, Zustand, React Context API).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and a passion for delivering elegant solutions to complex problems.
- Familiarity with backend technologies (.NET, Java, or Python) is an advantage.
- Strong communication and leadership skills, with the ability to mentor and guide team members.
- A proactive and innovative mindset, always seeking to improve and enhance our platform.
- A keen eye for detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality, bug-free code.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, agile environment.
