Role Description

This is a full-time onsite role for a Lead Software Engineer, Backend, with work based in the Gurgaon. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and optimizing scalable backend systems for AI-powered platforms. You will lead and collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate robust APIs, perform code reviews, and ensure best practices in software development. You will also play a role in mentoring junior team members, staying up to date with emerging technologies, and applying them to improve system performance and capabilities.

Qualifications

• Strong expertise in Back-End Development.
• Strong expertise with DevOps and CI/CD
• Experience with Kubernetes
• Experience designing and developing scalable, reliable, and high-performance systems
• Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Google Cloud, or Azure)
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field
• Experience in AI/ML-based systems and startups is an added advantage
