About the Role

We are seeking a seasoned Engineering Lead to drive the development and delivery of scalable, high-performance microservices and mobile applications. You will lead a cross-functional team of 15 engineers working on backend systems built with Java Spring Boot and mobile apps using Flutter, Android, and iOS. This is a strategic leadership role that combines technical excellence, team mentorship, and product delivery.

Tech Skills:-

• 10+ years of software engineering experience, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
• Strong expertise in Java Spring Boot and microservices architecture.
• Hands-on experience with Flutter, Android (Kotlin/Java), and iOS (Swift/Objective-C).
• Proven track record of leading engineering teams and delivering complex projects.
• Deep understanding of REST APIs, cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure), and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
• Experience with Agile methodologies and modern DevOps practices.
