This is a full-time on-site role for a Lead Software Developer, located in Nagpur. The Lead Software Developer will be responsible for designing, developing, and deploying software solutions to meet business requirements. Responsibilities also include leading a team of developers, reviewing code, providing technical guidance, and ensuring best practices in software development. The role requires collaboration with cross-functional teams to ensure product quality, scalability, and timely delivery of projects.

• Proficiency in software development principles and programming languages like Java, Python, or JavaScript
• Expertise in front-end and back-end development, including frameworks like Angular, React, Node.js, or Django
• Experience with cloud services, databases, and scalable architectures
• Skills in project management, team leadership, and mentoring junior developers
• Effective problem-solving and debugging skills
• Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field
• Prior experience in leading projects or teams in a software development environment
• Knowledge of Agile methodologies and DevOps practices is an advantage
