LearnXJob is building a platform designed to upskill learners, enable freshers and early professionals to become job-ready, and connect them directly with real industry opportunities. We are in the early stages of product development and looking for a strong technical leader to shape and scale our technology.

We are seeking a highly experienced Lead Full Stack Developer & Head of Technology to join us as a Co-founder. You will spearhead the entire technology roadmap from architecture to deployment and lead the engineering function as we scale.

• Own the end-to-end development of the LearnXJob platform (web + backend + integrations).
• Architect scalable, secure, and high-performance systems using modern tech stacks.
• Lead all areas of technology including product development, DevOps, QA, automation, and cloud deployment.
• Build and manage a high-quality engineering team as the product grows.
• Drive technical strategy, maintain code quality, and ensure timely delivery of modules.
• Oversee cloud management (AWS/GCP/Azure), CI/CD pipelines, containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
• Collaborate with founders to shape product roadmap, user experience, and feature prioritization.
• Ensure data protection, security best practices, and platform reliability.
• Implement analytics, dashboards, third-party APIs, and integration flows.
• Mentor junior developers, review code, and set up engineering processes & documentation.

• Minimum 5 years of deep hands-on experience in full-stack web application development.
• Strong proficiency in modern frontend frameworks (React, Vue, Angular).
• Expertise in backend technologies (Node.js, Express, Django, Java/Spring, or similar).
• Solid database experience: SQL & NoSQL (PostgreSQL, MongoDB, etc.).
• Experience with cloud platforms: AWS/GCP/Azure (EC2, S3, Lambda, etc.).
• Familiar with DevOps tools: Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD (GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, Jenkins).
• Knowledge of system design, architecture, microservices, and security frameworks.
• Strong understanding of user experience, performance optimization, and testing methods.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced startup environment and take ownership from day one.

• Experience in EdTech, LMS platforms, assessments, or job-readiness tools.
• Knowledge of AI/ML integration, automation workflows, and recommendation systems.
• Ability to scale early-stage MVPs into production-ready platforms.
