Lead / Software Architect - GEVT - BLR

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide technical leadership to a team of developers through coaching, mentoring, and code reviews.
• Establish and maintain best practices, ensuring the team produces high-quality software that meets company standards.
• Collaborate closely with product owners, software architects, and UX/UI designers to design, develop, and maintain web-based SaaS business applications.
• Actively participate in backlog grooming and sprint-related activities, ensuring timely delivery of features.
• Own and manage department-specific procedures and ensure efficient project resource scheduling.
• Make key technical decisions to guarantee the success of all projects, including designing and modifying CI/CD pipelines.
• Identify areas for growth and improvement in the team s development process.

Technical Requirements:

• Strong experience inPython 3.x,Django,Angular 14+ (OR) React, andMongoDB.
• Experience withRabbitMQ,Celery,Redis, andWebSockets.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms such asAzureandAWS, particularly FaaS (e.g.,AWS Lambda), API Gateways, and auto-scaling.
• Proficiency in building and consumingRESTful API web services.
• Solid experience withHTML5,CSS, andJavaScript/TypeScript.
• Experience withLinux,Nginx,Gunicorn, andmulti-tenant platforms.
• Experience working in anAgiledevelopment environment.
• Knowledge ofCI/CD pipelines,containerization, and mobile development is an asset.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor s degree inSoftware Engineering,Computer Science, or related fields, or equivalent professional experience.
• 3+ years of experience as a team lead and 5+ years in software development.
• Strong understanding ofsoftware development principlesand best practices.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
