Job Description
We are looking for a
Social Media Strategist with 6+ years of experience who can blend storytelling with strategic thinking and performance-driven execution.
This is not a role for someone who only publishes content. This role is for someone who can build a narrative, shape brand voice, understand platform dynamics, and consistently create content that aligns with business goals.

What kind of work will you be doing
Social Media Strategy & Growth Ownership
- Define and execute a performance-led social media strategy across LinkedIn, Instagram, X (Twitter), YouTube, and emerging platforms.
- Translate brand priorities and campaign goals into platform-specific content roadmaps.
- Track performance metrics and convert insights into clear strategic adjustmentsnot just reports.
- Continuously refine content mix, formats, and messaging based on audience behavior and platform shifts.
Content & Narrative Development
- Craft compelling, platform-native copy across thought leadership, campaign content, storytelling formats, and short-form video.
- Shape a distinct, consistent brand voice that reflects our positioning in the market.
- Translate business messaging into clear, engaging narratives that resonate with external audiences.
- Ensure every piece of content is purposeful, sharp, and aligned to growth objectives.
Creative Direction & Execution
- Develop clear, insight-driven briefs for design and video teams.
- Guide visual storytelling to ensure cohesion between narrative and creative output.
- Oversee content from concept through publishing, maintaining quality and brand consistency.
Stakeholder & Workflow Leadership
- Own the end-to-end social media content pipeline.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to source inputs and convert them into strong external narratives.
- Streamline approvals, timelines, and publishing workflows to ensure scalable execution.
- Manage multiple initiatives while maintaining clarity, speed, and quality.
What you will need to succeed
- 6+ years of experience in social media strategy, content marketing, or brand storytelling.
- Strong writing skills with a proven ability to create high-performing social media copy.
- Demonstrated experience building social strategies based on insights, performance data, and audience behavior.
- Strong understanding of LinkedIn and B2B social media ecosystems, especially thought leadership content.
- Ability to work closely with creative teams and write clear, structured briefs for design and video.
- Strong stakeholder management skills and the ability to work cross-functionally.
- Strong research instincts and the ability to translate insights into strong content narratives.
- Podcast experience (guest outreach, coordination, content planning, platform management) is a strong plus.
- Excellent English communication, editing, and proofreading skills.
