Qualifications
- 10+ years of SharePoint experience, with at least 3+ years in a lead role.
- Strong technical skills in SharePoint Online (site design, workflows, integrations).
- Hands-on experience with SharePoint administration and development.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to balance roadmap planning with day-to-day technical execution.
Nice to Have
- Experience with PowerApps, Power Automate, and Power BI.
- Familiarity with Teams and the Microsoft 365 suite.
- Knowledge of Agile practices.
