Because ZF Wind Power keeps on growing, we are looking for a Lead Shared Service Center (m/f/d) to join our Finance department in Coimbatore& Shape the future of renewable energy with us!

What you can look forward to as Lead Shared Service Center :

  • As Lead of the Shared Service Center, you will coordinate with reporting units, business functions, and leadership teams to plan, structure, and expand a large, multifunctional shared services organization, starting with Finance in India for both local and global operations.
  • You will oversee process performance across functions and customer streams, driving optimization while selecting, developing, and restructuring the management team as needed, including succession planning.
  • The role involves close interaction with corporate, global, regional, divisional, and site leaders, as well as engagement with ZF Tax and local government bodies regarding investment incentives.

Scope: AP, AR, GL, FA,R2R,P2P T&E, Payroll (to be discussed with HR), MM Support team (to be discussed with MM), Purchase Order Management (POM), FP&A/Controlling Factory etc.

Your Profile as Lead Shared Service Center :

  • You bring over 15 years of shared service center experience along with a professional qualification as a chartered accountant or cost accountant, supported by extensive SSC/GBS expertise and the ability to establish and scale service centers in a global environment.
  • Your strong executive presence, communication skills, and cultural sensitivity enable you to effectively influence stakeholders and promote GSSO/SSC concepts and services.
  • You are a highly ethical leader with proven talentbuilding capabilities, crossfunctional process knowledge across HR, Accounting, Purchasing, IT, and related ecosystems, and hands-on experience supporting rollouts of tools like SmartClose and Invoice Cockpit. Additionally, your background as an accounting process owner with SAP Financials and your excellent oral and written communication skills further strengthen your overall leadership profile.
