Job Title: Lead ServiceNow FSO Developer

Experience: 6-13 years

Job Description:

We are looking for a ServiceNow Certified Developer with strong experience in Financial Services Operations (FSO) and the Banking domain. The role involves designing, developing, and implementing solutions across ServiceNow FSO modules, including customer onboarding, servicing, disputes, fraud investigations, KYC/AML workflows, and banking case management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and configure applications in ServiceNow FSO for core banking processes.
  • Build flows, scripts, integrations (REST/SOAP), and automation using Integration Hub.
  • Work on banking-specific workflows: onboarding, lending, servicing, disputes, fraud, KYC/AML.
  • Collaborate with business teams to translate requirements into scalable solutions.
  • Ensure compliance with BFSI security and regulatory standards.

Key Skills:

  • ServiceNow CSA (mandatory), CAD preferred.
  • 6-13 years in ServiceNow development with hands-on FSO implementation.
  • Strong JavaScript, Glide APIs, Flow Designer, Script Includes, UI Policies.
  • Experience integrating with core banking systems, CRM, KYC tools, etc.
  • Strong understanding of banking operations & compliance.
