Lead Servicenow Developer

Position: Sr. ServiceNow Developer/Lead Architect

Start Date: Immediate/30days/

Location: Offshore/ Remote

Key Skills: CSM, ITSM, HRSD, CMD

Employment Type: (Fulltime)

Support hours: IST & Overlapping hours if PST (till 12.30 am IST), weekend support and extra hours support

Must have 10 years of experience ServiceNow experience with Experience Service Delivery (HRSD), Configuration Management Database (CMD),CSM and IT Service Management (ITSM)

Must have done multip Experience-end, full life cycle implementations modules CSM, ITSM, HRSD, CMD

Support ServiceNow Application Users

ServiceNow system support including Production and Sandbox environments

Covers modules: Case, HR Case, Incident, Problem, Change, and Knowledge

ITSM, CSM, HRSD, Portal, Automation

Reports and Dashboard

Experience with Inbound and Outbound integrations with ServiceNow. Move integrations from the custom API call to the integration hub.

ServiceNow Release upgrade testing

ServiceNow Application security administration

User training for users to perform their day-to-day jobs by explaining ServiceNow standard practices

Must have excellent communication and presentation skills

Must have a pleasant attitude, be a team player
