  • Proven L3 application support experience in Windows Server environments (non-negotiable).
  • Strong hands-on knowledge of:
  • Windows Server administration
  • IIS configuration & tuning
  • Windows Services lifecycle and troubleshooting
  • Legacy Microsoft ecosystems (e.g., .NET 2.0/3.5, IIS 7.0)
  • Windows patching and update management at scale.
  • ITIL process familiarity; practical experience with major ticketing tools (ServiceNow, Jira).
  • Exposure to AWS and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
  • DevOps fundamentals: CI/CD, version control, scripting, environment promotion.
  • Infrastructure-as-Code and automation: Terraform, Ansible, AWS CDK, CloudFormation.
  • GitLab and GITHUB (SCM + CI/CD) hands-on experiencepipelines, runners, artifacts, approvals.
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and the ability to thrive in production-critical settings.
  • Flexibility to support post-business hours deployments, weekends, public holidays, and on-call rotations.
