Role Overview:
As the HR Lead for Sales and Marketing teams, you will spearhead all the HR functions for the assigned business unit. This would include recruitment, onboarding, business partnering, performance management, employee engagement, compensation management, policy and process compliance. You will work closely with business teams to own and drive the people strategy for your respective coverage with strong emphasis on internal/external stakeholder management. This is a mid-leadership role which will own the entire employee life cycle for the business teams, act as a trusted people advisor and design and implement people interventions to enable business outcomes. You will operate in a fast-growing, globally distributed environment, with remote engagement from India and exposure across geographies.
