Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced Senior / Junior full-stack Developer ( Python and React JS ) with hands-on experience in building, optimizing, and maintaining scalable backend systems. The ideal candidate will possess strong proficiency in Python and demonstrate an ability to lead feature development, optimize system performance, and contribute to architectural decisions.
Mandatory Requirement
Willingness to relocate to Coimbatore and work from the office from day one.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Professional experience in backend development with Python
- Deep understanding of Python frameworks such as FastAPI, Flask, or Django
- Proficient in designing and consuming REST and/or GraphQL APIs
- Strong experience with SQL and NoSQL databases (e.g., PostgreSQL, MongoDB, Redis)
- Familiarity with Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD pipelines
- Solid understanding of data structures, algorithms, and asynchronous programming
- Experience with message queues (e.g., RabbitMQ, Kafka)
- Proficiency with Git and collaborative development workflows
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP)
- Exposure to infrastructure-as-code (e.g., Terraform, CloudFormation)
- Background in system architecture, distributed systems, or event-driven design
- Familiarity with monitoring tools (e.g., Prometheus, Grafana, ELK stack)
- Contributions to open-source projects or technical blogs a plus
- AI tools (e.g., Git Hub Copilot , Chat GPT, Code Whisperer, Cursor.
