Primary Skill Set

1. Experience in Bid Management / Presales
2. Experience in any of the domains / verticals like Healthcare, BFSI, Retail, Telecom etc.,
3. Experience in any of the technologies likes Microsoft, Open source, Database, Analytics & BI, Big Data, Cloud, etc.,
4. Excellent communication skills

Roles and Responsibilities
Minimum 3 - 9 years of prior experience in Bid Management / Presales role.
Good understanding and experience in IT Services industry.
Must have exposure with Proposal writing.
Should be well versed with recent industry trends across key geographies UK, Australia, US, APAC, Europe, Middle East etc.
Should be capable of handling end-to-end Bid management process across various service lines and industries
Should have successfully managed medium to large deals (Over USD 1 Mn)
Have good understanding of Application development, Testing, Managed Services etc.
Ability to understand customer requirement and collaborate with delivery team for conceptualizing / working on solutions
Ability to create customized value proposition or customers
Ability to translate client's requirements into operational strategies and winning themes
Must have exceptional communication skills to articulate the solution in writing and verbally
Proven interpersonal skills and the ability to manage key stakeholders at all levels
Ability to be flexible, work well under unexpected situations and meet aggressive deadlines
Should have positive attitude of putting diligent effort as and when required
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially with MS Word, MS PowerPoint and MS Excel
