Role Description: Mid Mobile Application Developer
- Design, develop, test, deploy, operate, and maintain mobile and full-stack applications.
- Build mobile-first user experiences, rich UI interfaces, and high-performance APIs for seamless cross-platform integration.
- Develop and integrate React Native applications with RESTful and event-driven APIs.
- Ensure scalability, reliability, performance, and security across mobile and backend systems.
- Perform root cause analysis of production issues and drive continuous improvements.
- Implement secure communication practices, including certificate-based authentication and API security.
- Apply Software Reliability Engineering (SRE) principles in development workflows.
- Collaborate with product, UX, platform, and backend teams to deliver high-quality solutions.
- Break down features into deliverables, manage risks, and ensure timely execution.
As a prospective candidate, you should possess:
- Strong hands-on experience in mobile and full-stack development (3–7 years).
- Expertise in React Native and familiarity with iOS (Swift), Android (Kotlin), or Flutter.
- Proficiency in modern JavaScript frameworks (React, Node.js, NPM).
- Ability to design and consume RESTful and event-driven APIs.
- Experience in backend development using Java/Spring Boot or similar frameworks.
- Familiarity with cloud-native development on AWS.
- Knowledge of containerization and orchestration tools (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Understanding of CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.
- Strong knowledge of API gateways, service mesh (Apigee, Istio).
- Experience with Git-based version control workflows.
- Awareness of mobile and API security practices (encryption, token-based authentication).
- Strong analytical mindset and ability to work across mobile, backend, and platform domains.
Desired qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent experience.
- 3–7 years of professional experience in mobile and full-stack development.
- Experience building scalable, maintainable, and high-performance distributed systems.
- Knowledge of low-latency, high-availability system design.
- Experience with DevOps tools (Jenkins, CloudBees, GitLab).
- Exposure to container ecosystems (Kubernetes, Istio, Rancher).
- Experience working in Agile and DevOps environments.
- Preferred experience in secure application development across mobile, APIs, and containers.

Your role as an Sr Associate
1. Integration Development & Delivery
- Design and develop end-to-end Workato integration solutions
- Configure Workato environments and implement workflows
- Translate business requirements into technical specifications
- Create reusable recipes and optimize integration performance
2. Technical Design & Documentation
- Prepare technical design documents (TDDs)
- Conduct field mapping sessions with stakeholders
- Ensure adherence to integration standards and best practices
3. Testing & Quality Assurance
- Perform end-to-end integration testing
- Drive test planning and execution
- Identify and fix integration defects proactively
4. Stakeholder Collaboration
- Act as a bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams
- Communicate effectively with Product Managers, Project Managers, and SMEs
- Manage expectations and resolve blockers
5. Support & Maintenance
- Provide post-implementation support
- Troubleshoot integration issues and ensure minimal business disruption
- Continuously optimize integrations for performance and reliability
6. Team Contribution & Mentorship
- Mentor junior developers and business analysts
- Share knowledge on Workato best practices and design patterns
- Participate in training, recruitment, and practice-building initiatives
