Role Description: SuccessFactors Reporting Analyst - Interface/Reporting/Configuration Resource
- Business Requirements & Design:
- - Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business reporting needs.
- - Translate business requirements into technical reporting designs
- SAP SuccessFactors Reporting & Analytics:
- - Develop, configure, and deploy reports anddashboards using Story Reporting
- - Apply best practices in data visualization, reporting design, and analytics
- - Act as a subject-matter expert for SuccessFactors Reporting & Analytics
- Role-Based Permissions (RBP):
- - Configure and manage role-based permissions to ensure secure access to data and reports
- - Support compliance with internal data protection and governance standards
- Reporting Catalogue & Service Management:
- - Maintain and manage the reporting service request backlog
- - Support prioritization and delivery of reporting requests
- Testing & Optimization:
- - Perform testing, troubleshooting, and optimization of reporting solutions
- - Ensure reports meet business objectives and data quality standards
- Training & Knowledge Sharing:
- - Deliver training and guidance to users on reporting tools and reporting best practices
- - Support adoption of reporting solutions across the organization
- Data Analysis & Quality Reporting:
- - Proactively analyse data to identify errors, inconsistencies, and improvement opportunities
- - Produce regular data quality reports for global stakeholders
- - Support follow-up actions with responsible teams across regions
- Stakeholder Collaboration:
- - Work closely with HR, IT, and other business units to resolve data-related issues
- - Ensure availability of high-quality, reliable data across the organization
- Continuous Improvement:
- - Continuously review and improve data governance, reporting processes, and quality controls
- - Contribute to standardization and optimization of analytics practices
As a prospective candidate, you should possess:
- Consultant should be certified in WFS Integrations
- Consultant should be proficient in JavaScript
- Consultant should have multiple years of WFS Integrations including
-HR Imports from EC/CPI
-Other Imports – Time Entry, Bank Balances, Swipe processing from clocks,
- Labor Distributions imports
-APIs (newer, nice to have)
-Payroll Exports
-Other Data/Hour exports for reporting
- Consultant should have multiple years of integration support/debugging of batch processing WFS import and export errors
- Consultant should be certified in WFS Reporting
- Consultant should have multiple years of developing custom Crystal Reports within WFS
- Consultant should be certified in Level 1 and 2 of WFS Time and Configuration
- Consultant should have multiple years (3+) of both implementation and support of the WFS Time and Attendance System
- Reporting
- - Consultant should be certified in WFS Reporting
- - Consultant should have multiple years of developing custom Crystal Reports within WFS
- Job Scheduling
- - Consultant should be certified in Job Scheduling Configuration
- - Consultant should have multiple years of implementation/support of Job Scheduling within WFS
Desired qualifications
Experience & Skills:
- 7-9 years of experience as an SAP SuccessFactors Reporting Analyst in a multinational environment
- Strong hands-on experience with: SAP SuccessFactors Reporting & Analytics, Story Reporting, Role-Based Permissions (RBP)
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to interpret complex data and reporting requirements
- Strong communication skills for stakeholder collaboration and requirement gathering
- Deep understanding of the SAP SuccessFactors data model
- Knowledge of SuccessFactors modules and HR/People processes
- App development knowledge is an advantage
- English – fluent (mandatory)
- SAP SuccessFactors certifications, with a focus on Reporting and Analytic
- Proven expertise in Story Reporting
