We are hiring a Senior Lead – Vulnerability Management to drive and manage the end-to-end vulnerability management lifecycle, ensuring strong security posture across the organization.
This role requires a hands-on leader who can take ownership of vulnerability management processes and tools while guiding the team effectively.
Location (Hybrid) - Bangalore, Pune, Delhi NCR
Experience - 7 to 12 Years
Immediate joiners will be preferred
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage a team handling enterprise Vulnerability Management (VM)
- Own the complete VM lifecycle: detection → analysis → prioritization → remediation →reporting
- Handle and resolve complex vulnerability management issues and escalations
- Configure, enhance, upgrade, and integrate VM tools and platforms
- Drive tool optimization, onboarding, and automation initiatives
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely remediation
- Define and implement VM policies, risk thresholds, and compliance practices
- Present security posture, risks, and insights to leadership
Must-Have Skills
- Strong experience in end-to-end Vulnerability Management lifecycle
- Hands-on expertise in VM tools (Microsoft Defender, Wiz, ServiceNow VR, etc.)
- Experience in tool configuration, integration, and upgrades
- Understanding of security frameworks (NIST, MITRE ATT&CK, etc.)
- Experience in VAPT (Vulnerability Assessment & Penetration Testing)
- Proven experience in team handling / leadership roles
- Strong analytical and stakeholder management skills
Ideal Candidate
- 7 to11 years of experience in Vulnerability Management
- 3+ years in a Lead / Senior / L3 role
- Someone who can independently drive VM programs and improvements
- A hands-on leader with strong technical depth
