This position is the single point of contact for identified system(s) and assumes overall responsibility and ownership of all assigned Systems for Sales - managing the execution of various projects on an ongoing basis. Additionally, this position is responsible towards exercising budgetary control over no. of projects/hours spent under each System.
This position is also responsible for Commercial Management, Vendor Management, Market Evaluation of new solutions, Solution and design management, Project management, Management of Service Level Agreements and Service Level Objectives.

| KRA2 | Manage Stakeholder expectations and relationship. | 1. Serve as key participant in team and stakeholder meetings -in fact, drives the agenda for some of these meetings. 2. Manage day-to-day stakeholder interaction and expectations for multiple or large-scale projects. 5. Anticipate stakeholders needs and proposes alternative business solutions. |
| KRA3 | Contract Management | 1. Manage the responsibilities outlined in Agreement & Statement of Work 2. Manage amendments to SOW, Service Level Exhibits, Annexure, Estimation Models etc. 3.
