We are looking for a talented and experienced professional to lead our SAP S4HANA SD implementation projects. As a Lead, you will play a crucial role in driving the successful delivery of SAP solutions, specifically in the Sales and Distribution (SD) module. Your expertise will be instrumental in guiding our team and ensuring we meet the unique needs of our clients. Responsibilities
- Lead and manage SAP S4HANA SD implementation projects, ensuring timely and successful delivery.
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients, understanding their business requirements and translating them into effective SAP solutions.
- Guide and mentor the project team, providing technical expertise and best practices in SAP SD.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including development, testing, and business analysts, to ensure seamless integration and alignment with overall project goals.
- Conduct gap analysis, identify process improvements, and suggest Fiori apps to enhance the client's SD processes.
- Stay updated with the latest SAP SD functionalities and industry trends, ensuring our solutions remain cutting-edge.
- Document and communicate project progress, risks, and issues to stakeholders, ensuring transparency and effective decision-making.
- Provide post-implementation support and ensure smooth knowledge transfer to the client's team.
- Actively participate in pre-sales activities, contributing to proposal development and solution design.
Qualifications
- 7-8 years of experience in SAP SD, with a strong understanding of Sales and Distribution processes.
- Experience in client-facing roles, demonstrating excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Hands-on experience with S4HANA Fiori apps and a solid understanding of their capabilities.
- Knowledge of EDI and message types, especially in the logistics domain, is highly preferred.
- Familiarity with KPI management, particularly in the CPG industry, is an advantage.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify process improvements.
- Excellent project management skills, including the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- A proactive and collaborative approach, with a focus on client satisfaction and successful project delivery.
- Willingness to stay updated with the latest SAP technologies and industry best practices.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
