What You ll Do:As our Lead SAP S/4HANA Basis Architect, you will:

Design & Implement SAP Landscapes:

• Architect and build complex SAP S/4HANA systems (on-premise, cloud, or hybrid).
• Handle system sizing, capacity planning, and resource optimization.
• Develop and execute disaster recovery and business continuity strategies.

Lead SAP S/4HANA Conversions & Migrations:

• Plan and manage system conversions (brownfield) and new implementations (greenfield).
• Execute OS/DB migrations to SAP HANA with minimal downtime.
• Oversee pre-implementation readiness checks, custom code remediation, and data migration.

Master SAP HANA Database Management:

• Administer SAP HANA databases, including advanced features like NSE, DTO, and XSA.
• Tune database performance and troubleshoot complex issues.
• Design backup, recovery, and replication strategies (e.g., HANA System Replication).

Manage SAP Fiori & User Experience:

• Install, configure, and manage SAP Fiori Launchpad and apps.
• Troubleshoot Fiori application issues (OData, authentication).
• Enhance user experience with personalized Launchpads.
• Cloud & Hyperscaler Integration:
• Deploy and optimize S/4HANA on Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud.
• Design hybrid cloud scenarios integrating on-premise and cloud environments.
• Work with RISE with SAP or similar managed services.

Performance Monitoring & Optimization:

• Identify and resolve bottlenecks across S/4HANA, Fiori, and HANA.
• Use tools like SAP Solution Manager, Focused Run, and HANA Cockpit for monitoring.

Ensure Security & Compliance:

• Implement strong security measures (SNC, SSL, SAML, OAuth).
• Manage user roles and ensure compliance with audit requirements.
• Stay updated with the latest SAP security patches.

Drive Automation & Innovation:

• Automate SAP operations using scripting (Python, Shell).
• Explore SAP BTP, Clean Core architecture, and integrate AI/ML features.

Provide Leadership & Mentorship:

• Guide and mentor Basis team members.
• Lead technical discussions and design reviews.
• Foster a culture of continuous improvement and learning.

What We re Looking For:Bachelor s or Master s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field.

• 10+ years of hands-on SAP Basis experience, including at least 5 years focused on S/4HANA.
• Proven success leading 2+ full SAP S/4HANA implementations or conversions.
• Deep expertise in SAP HANA database administration.
• Strong knowledge of SAP Fiori, cloud deployments, and Linux/Unix environments.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and a collaborative mindset.
• Great communication skills, with the ability to influence and guide teams.

Preferred Skills (Nice to Have):

• SAP certifications for S/4HANA and SAP HANA.
• Cloud certifications (Azure, AWS, or GCP).
• Experience with SAP BTP and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
• Knowledge of automation tools like Ansible or Terraform.
• Familiarity with ITIL and DevOps practices for SAP operations.
