Key Responsibilities- Lead the design, development, and deployment of end-to-end solutions on Native HANA and BW on HANA platforms.
- Architect and develop complex HANA models (Attribute Views, Analytical Views, Calculation Views).
- Lead development and deployment using SAP HANA XS Advanced (XSA), including application services and security.
- Provide technical leadership and mentoring to a team of HANA / BW developers.
- Review solution designs, code, and data models to ensure scalability, performance, and best practices.
- Work closely with business stakeholders to translate requirements into robust HANA solutions.
- Drive performance tuning, optimization, and troubleshooting across HANA and BW systems.
- Own technical delivery, timelines, and quality for HANA-related initiatives.
- Guide the team on data modeling standards, naming conventions, transport management, and documentation.
- Stay current with SAP HANA, BW, and XSA advancements and introduce best practices into the team.
Requirements- Strong hands-on experience in SAP HANA and BW on HANA implementation, development, and optimization.
- Expertise in HANA modeling (Attribute Views, Analytical Views, Calculation Views).
- Hands-on experience with SAP HANA XS Advanced (XSA) application development, services, and deployment.
- Proficiency in HANA SQL, performance tuning, and troubleshooting.
- Proven experience leading or mentoring a technical team in a delivery or project environment.
- Experience managing end-to-end delivery of HANA/BW projects.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Ability to communicate effectively with both technical teams and business stakeholders.
