Role Overview

Take charge of designing, configuring, and managing SAP HR modules, including Personnel Administration (PA), Organizational Management (OM), Time Management (TM), Shift Planning, and Personnel Development (PD). Ensure accurate and timely payroll processing by managing SAP Payroll (PY) modules and driving end-to-end SAP HR/Payroll projects, including system upgrades, enhancements, and migrations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the design and configuration of SAP HR modules and ensure adherence to best practices and industry standards
  • Configure and manage SAP Payroll for accurate payroll processing, with knowledge of Germany Payroll as a plus
  • Troubleshoot payroll-related issues and ensure compliance with local regulations and tax laws
  • Support third-party payroll system integration for seamless data flow
  • Lead payroll testing, validate calculations, and ensure accurate reporting
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and define SAP HR/Payroll solutions
  • Drive system upgrades, enhancements, and migrations for SAP HR/Payroll projects
  • Provide end-user support and deliver training on SAP HR and Payroll functionalities
  • Develop and maintain system documentation, including configurations, process flows, and user guides
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws, tax regulations, and statutory reporting requirements
  • Conduct regular system audits and identify opportunities for process improvements

Required Skills & Qualifications

Experience:

  • Minimum 10 years of experience in SAP HR and Payroll consulting
  • Proven expertise in leading large-scale SAP HR and Payroll implementations, upgrades, and support

Technical Skills:

  • Strong hands-on experience with SAP HR modules (PA, OM, TM, PD), Shift Planning, SAP Payroll (PY), ABAP, and FIORI
  • In-depth understanding of payroll processes, tax laws, and statutory compliance
  • Experience in integrating third-party payroll systems and troubleshooting
