Position Overview
The Senior Software Engineer will be responsible for designing, developing, testing, and maintaining high-quality software applications that meet business and user requirements. This role involves full lifecycle ownership, from architecture and development to deployment and optimization, with a strong focus on SAP Fiori, SAP S/4HANA, and SAP BTP-based solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain high-performance, responsive SAP Fiori/UI5 applications on SAP S/4HANA and SAP BTP.
- Build, deploy, and manage applications using SAP BTP, including SAP Build (Low-Code/No-Code and Pro-Code).
- Write clean, scalable, well-documented, and maintainable code following best practices.
- Design and implement scalable software architectures aligned with Clean Core principles.
- Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve complex UI5/Fiori and performance-related issues.
- Optimize applications for performance, scalability, and cross-device compatibility.
- Participate in project planning, estimation, risk assessment, and delivery activities.
- Conduct code reviews and provide technical guidance to team members.
- Stay updated with emerging SAP Fiori, UI5, and SAP BTP technologies and trends.
- Evaluate and recommend tools and technologies for continuous improvement.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including product owners, architects, designers, and developers.
- Engage with stakeholders to understand business use cases and deliver user-centric solutions.
