Requirements
7+ years of experience working with SAP Customer Data Cloud (Gigya) CIAM solutions. Candidates with 5+ years of SAP CDC experience and a strong technical background will also be considered.
Demonstrated experience leading and successfully delivering SAP CDC implementations across multiple industries.
In-depth knowledge of the SAP Customer Data Cloud (Gigya) platform and architecture.
Hands-on experience with SAP CDC Screen Sets, Hosted Pages, Email Templates, Dataflows, REST APIs, SDKs, and third-party system integrations.
Strong understanding of identity and security protocols, including OAuth2, OpenID Connect, and SAML.
Experience implementing and supporting data privacy and protection regulations, such as GDPR and CCPA.
Familiarity with cloud environments, particularly AWS, in the context of CIAM integrations and deployments.
