As the SAP ABAP Lead, you will be at the forefront of designing, developing, and delivering innovative SAP technical solutions. Your expertise will be crucial in guiding and mentoring a team of SAP consultants, ensuring successful project outcomes. Responsibilities
- Lead and manage a team of SAP ABAP consultants, providing technical guidance and mentorship.
- Design and develop SAP technical solutions, ensuring alignment with business requirements and best practices.
- Collaborate with functional consultants and business stakeholders to understand project needs and deliver tailored SAP solutions.
- Drive the implementation, rollout, migration, and enhancement of SAP S/4HANA projects, ensuring timely and successful deliveries.
- Provide technical expertise and support during SAP system upgrades and migrations.
- Conduct code reviews, ensure code quality, and promote best practices within the SAP ABAP development team.
- Stay updated with the latest SAP technologies and trends, and drive innovation within the organization.
- Document and maintain technical specifications, ensuring knowledge transfer and knowledge management.
- Liaise with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth integration of SAP solutions with other systems.
- Mentor and develop junior team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
Qualifications
- Minimum 8 years of experience in SAP ABAP development and implementation.
- In-depth knowledge of SAP S/4HANA and its technical architecture.
- Proven experience in leading and managing SAP ABAP development teams.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to provide innovative technical solutions.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse teams.
- Experience in SAP system upgrades, migrations, and enhancements is preferred.
- Familiarity with SAP Fiori and UI5 development is an advantage.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong project management skills, with the ability to meet deadlines and deliver high-quality results.
- A proactive and self-motivated approach, with a passion for continuous learning and improvement.
