Job Description:

The Supplier Enablement Specialist is responsible for managing and supporting the onboarding of suppliers onto the Ariba/SAP Business Network (SBN) platform. This role ensures smooth supplier integration, effective communication, and successful go-live readiness. Key responsibilities include:

• Coordinating supplier onboarding for both indirect and direct suppliers.
• Preparing and sending project notification letters.
• Creating and managing Vendor Upload Files (VUF).
• Tracking supplier onboarding statuses (Active, Escalated, Ready to Transact) and interpreting their implications.
• Differentiating between portal-based and integrated suppliers, ensuring correct enablement setup.
• Supporting supplier training through email communication, documentation, and hosting sessions.
• Facilitating meetings with suppliers to address onboarding and transactional queries.
• Monitoring, tracking, and reporting supplier enablement data and progress.
• Ensuring suppliers understand key transactional processes such as Order Confirmation, Advanced Shipping Notices, and Invoicing

Qualifications

• Requires a bachelor's degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Requires at least 10 - 14 years relevant experience.
• Should have good experience in SAP Ariba.
