We are seeking a skilled Salesforce QA professional with 6+ years of experience in Salesforce (SFDC) testing and strong expertise in automation framework development.

The candidate will be responsible for ensuring the quality, accuracy, performance, and reliability of Salesforce applications through manual, automated, and API testing.

This role requires hands-on experience in automation strategy, CI/CD integration, and Salesforce data validation, along with the ability to collaborate effectively with development and product teams.

Key Responsibilities

Salesforce Testing & Quality Assurance

Conduct manual, functional, regression, smoke, and integration testing of Salesforce applications.

Collaborate with development and product teams to understand requirements and define effective test strategies.

Perform API testing to validate integrations and data flow between Salesforce and external systems.

Write and execute SOQL/SOSL and SQL queries to analyze data and ensure data integrity and accuracy.

Identify, document, and troubleshoot defects, working closely with development teams for timely resolution.

Participate in code reviews and provide feedback to improve testability and overall software quality.

Stay updated with Salesforce releases, enhancements, and best practices.

Automation Strategy & Implementation

Design, implement, and maintain robust automation frameworks using Playwright / Selenium (JavaScript / TypeScript / Java).

Develop and maintain functional, regression, and smoke automation suites.

Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, GitHub Actions) to enable fast and reliable release cycles.

Use tools like Salesforce Inspector, Workbench or Dev console for daily testing needs.

Establish best practices for test data management, parallel execution, framework stability, and reporting (Allure / Extent / custom dashboards).

Build and maintain Salesforce UI and API automation using Page Object Model and stable selectors.

Conduct automation code reviews and enforce clean coding standards and maintainability.
