Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced and results-driven
Lead Salesforce Developer to design, develop, and deliver scalable solutions on the Salesforce platform. The ideal candidate will lead a team of developers, collaborate with business stakeholders, and ensure high-quality implementation of Salesforce solutions aligned with business objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the design and development of customized solutions on the Salesforce platform
- Develop and maintain Apex classes, triggers, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Visualforce pages
- Architect scalable and high-performance solutions across Salesforce modules (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, etc.)
- Collaborate with business analysts, product owners, and stakeholders to gather and translate requirements
- Provide technical leadership and mentorship to the development team
- Ensure best practices in coding, security, and governance are followed
- Perform code reviews and enforce development standards
- Integrate Salesforce with external systems using REST/SOAP APIs
- Manage deployment processes using CI/CD tools and version control systems
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues
- Support data migration, data quality, and system performance optimization
- Stay updated with Salesforce releases and new features
Required Skills & Qualifications- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field
- 7+ years of experience in Salesforce development
- Strong hands-on experience with:
- Apex, Triggers
- Lightning Web Components (LWC)
- Visualforce
- Experience with Salesforce configurations (Workflows, Process Builder, Flows)
- Expertise in Salesforce integrations using REST/SOAP APIs
- Strong knowledge of Salesforce data model and security architecture
- Experience with version control tools like Git
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
