Job Description

Basic Qualifications

  • Bachelor`s degree in computer science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field
  • 7+ years of hands-on Salesforce development experience, including demonstrated leadership or lead ownership
  • Strong expertise in Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Flows, and declarative automation tools
  • Advanced proficiency in SOQL, including query optimization, complex queries, and performance tuning
  • Proven experience managing Salesforce release cycles and driving feature adoption
  • Solid understanding of Salesforce security architecture, including profiles, permission sets, and sharing models
  • Hands-on experience with API integrations (REST/SOAP) and event-driven architectures
  • Strong knowledge of platform performance optimization, scalability, and governor limits
  • Experience driving technical debt reduction and platform modernization initiatives
  • Demonstrated ability to lead, mentor, and manage multiple priorities in an Agile environment
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills

Required Certifications

  • Salesforce Certified Platform Administrator OR Salesforce Certified Platform App Builder
  • Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I
  • Salesforce Certified Service Cloud Consultant

Years Of Experience

  • 7+ Yrs. Salesforce with Apex, LWC and Flows
  • 3+ Yrs. Service Cloud
  • 3+ Yrs. API Integrations

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Partner with Solution Architects and Service Cloud stakeholders to design scalable, customer-centric solutions
  • Translate Service Cloud capabilities (Case Management, Omni-Channel, CTI, Knowledge, Entitlements, SLAs) into detailed technical implementation plans
  • Hands-on Developer to lead end-to-end delivery for distributed Salesforce development teams, ensuring alignment with platform best practices
  • Own technical design decisions across Apex, LWC, Flows, integrations, and Service Cloud configurations within architectural guardrails
  • Drive implementation of key Service Cloud capabilities, including Omni-Channel routing, case lifecycle management, and automation frameworks
  • Mentor developers on Service Cloud design patterns, automation strategies (Flow vs. Apex), and performance optimization
  • Enforce engineering excellence through code reviews, design validations, and adherence to scalability, quality, and governance standards
  • Coordinate cross-team development activities, remove blockers, and ensure consistent sprint execution in Agile environments
  • Communicate delivery progress, risks, dependencies, and technical trade-offs to stakeholders and leadership
  • Collaborate with Product and business teams in backlog grooming, solution design discussions, and demos
  • Ensure platform stability through proactive monitoring, incident resolution, root cause analysis, and continuous improvement
  • Partner with DevOps teams to support CI/CD pipelines, release management, and environment strategies
