Role: Lead Salesforce Developer
We are looking for a highly experienced and hands-on Salesforce Lead Developer to lead the design, development, and delivery of enterprise-grade Salesforce solutions across our growing ecosystem. The ideal candidate will possess deep expertise in Salesforce development, architecture, integrations, and technical leadership while mentoring engineering teams and driving best practices across the platform.

What you'll do
Architecture & Solution Design
- Define and architect scalable, secure, and high-performance Salesforce solutions across multiple clouds (Sales, Service, Experience, and Education Cloud).
- Design and implement robust integrations with external systems using REST/SOAP APIs, MuleSoft, and middleware tools.
- Own the Salesforce data model, architecture, security, and application lifecycle management.
- Develop and deliver automation workflows, Apex triggers, and Lightning Web Components (LWC).
- Optimize system performance, scalability, and reliability while ensuring coding best practices.
- Stay updated with Salesforce releases and new features, and identify opportunities for adoption.
Leadership & Delivery
- Lead and mentor a team of Salesforce developers, administrators, and business analysts while remaining hands-on in solution delivery.
- Define and execute the Salesforce roadmap aligned with business goals.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams (Product, Tech, and Business) to translate requirements into scalable solutions.
- Drive agile delivery, ensuring on-time and high-quality deployments.
Governance & Best Practices
- Establish coding standards, testing protocols, and CI/CD processes for Salesforce projects.
- Conduct code reviews, troubleshoot complex technical issues, and manage technical debt.
- Ensure compliance with Salesforce governance, security, and regulatory frameworks.
- Champion continuous improvement across tools, frameworks, and delivery methodologies.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
- 10–15 years of Salesforce experience with at least 3+ years in an architect or lead capacity.
- Proven hands-on expertise in Apex, SOQL/SOSL, Async Apex, and Lightning Web Components (LWC).
- Strong understanding of Salesforce Integration Patterns, Apex Enterprise Patterns, and API-based architecture.
- Deep knowledge of Profiles, Permission Sets, Sharing Models, and Data Security Architecture.
- Skilled in Reports, Dashboards, and Process Automation Tools (Flows, Process Builder).
- Strong experience in Salesforce Education Cloud and Managed Package Development.
- Familiarity with MuleSoft, OmniStudio, Agentforce, and Data Cloud is a strong plus.
- Salesforce System Architect or Application Architect Certification is required; CTA preferred.
- Excellent debugging, performance optimization, and problem-solving skills.
- Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management capabilities.
