Lead Salesforce Developer

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
• 6+ years of hands-on Salesforce development experience.
• Expertise in Apex, LWC, Visualforce, SOQL, SOSL, and Salesforce data model.
• Strong experience with Salesforce integrations (REST/SOAP APIs, external systems, middleware).
• Deep understanding of Salesforce architecture, limits, and best practices.
• Experience with DevOps practices, version control (Git), and CI/CD tools (Gearset, Copado, etc.).
• Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Salesforce Platform Developer II certification is strongly preferred.
• Additional certifications such as Application Architect or System Architect are a plus.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
• Knowledge of Salesforce DX and unlocked packages.
• Familiarity with other Salesforce products like Marketing Cloud, Experience Cloud, or CPQ is a plus.
• Prior experience in a lead or senior developer role managing multiple stakeholders or teams.
